In the app, Support lives under Settings → Online Support: an assistant answers questions about ChatMeet right away, and "Talk to the team" hands the conversation to us — it then continues in Messages and also reaches us by e-mail.
For privacy requests (access, deletion, export of your data): privacy@chatmeet.app. We answer within one month at the latest.
If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first (112 in the EU).
